How We'll Serve You in 2026

Morning beehiivcommunity!
This newsletter turns experience into lessons for your startup. As a strategy and execution partner for visionary founders, we help sharpen leadership skills and unlock growth potential.
How We Plan to Reach Higher
Our vision is simple: build a place where founders and finance leaders don’t feel alone. Where they can share hard-won lessons, sharpen their thinking, and build resilience together instead of in isolation.
In 2026, we’re making this vision tangible through four priorities—each tied to clear actions and simple metrics.
Connection: Host valuable gatherings for founders and finance leaders through two NYC communities, The New York Tech CFO Group and Table. Expect at least three events per month, with each one delivering both practical learning and meaningful connection.
Education: Support introverted founders through events, podcasts, and talks inspired by Silent Strength and Scale: Reach Your Peak. We’ll keep publishing this weekly newsletter, bring in more expert perspectives, show up consistently on LinkedIn, and engage with other platforms and short-form videos. We’ll also continue to mentor founders through Columbia, Duke, UMass, NYU, and other startup networks.
Structure: Build a technical complement to our services. Scaling shouldn’t require you to reinvent accounting, legal, recruiting, or operational scaffolding from scratch. We want to create a platform where people can easily address these challenges by relying on technology and humanity.
Collaboration: Continue offering coaching, fractional COO support, and project work for founders in EdTech, health tech, and social impact. Even though this pillar is harder to quantify, it remains core to how we help leaders execute, experiment, and grow with confidence.
Best,
~Benjamin

Harnessing Introversion for Startup Success
What if the quietest person in the room is the one who changes the world?
This episode of The Quiet And Strong Podcast with host David Hall explores how introverted strengths, such as deep thinking, meaningful connections, and thoughtful planning, can become a superpower for founders. Learn practical strategies for leading, networking, selling, and taking action in ways that fit your quiet style and collaborate effectively with extroverts.
Key Takeaways
Leadership Myths: Loud doesn’t mean strong. Many of today’s top founders are quiet thinkers who lead with focus and calm authority.
Deep over Wide: Depth of connection often matters more than the number of contacts.
Practical Strategies: Prepare for meetings, rehearse presentations, set boundaries, and manage your energy intentionally.
Turning Ideas Into Action: Start small, seek feedback, and build confidence through experimentation—introverts naturally excel here.
Authentic Communication: Lean into your own style, explain your preferences, and curate your schedule to show up fully.
